Incredibly friendly property with personable employees at the reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Great location, relatively near Via Marina Grande. A huge variety of food in the hotel, attached restaurant.

that was friendly hotel set in shopping area, next to the central station, very close to the train station and hill.

The staff were not accommodating, didn't expect that coming.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Casa Laura in Sorrento. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with fresh towels and beds changed daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the town centre and restaurants. We also loved the convenience of having a small supermarket across the road. The air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable even in the hot weather. The bar cafe downstairs was a great bonus, serving breakfast and open 24 hours. The staff at the office were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic, close to the bus terminal, main tourist area, and the central station. The on-site restaurant and café bar were convenient and enjoyable. I had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back for another stay.

While the hotel offers great convenience and helpful staff, there were occasional noise disturbances from passing scooters.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, with hairs and dust being left untouched next to the toilet. The facilities overall were old and untidy, and the shower had visible mold.

Despite the negative aspects, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to bus and train stations. It provided a good base for day trips to the coast and was only a short walk to the city center.

When we arrived, there was no clear signage to indicate where to check-in. After a long wait, we finally found out that we had to go to a nearby cafe to receive the keys.
